Safety Fill Ltd is a fresh innovative company with one intention.

To protect you from the risks of transferring fuel from container to fuel tank.

Amongst other factors we will save you money too! As well as your lawn, your workshop floor, and most definitely the paint work of your pride and joy!

Formerly known for 1 1/2 years as "Rapid Fill" within the motorcycle industry, Safety Fill Ltd was born in autumn of 2004. The company has stepped positively forward into our ever increasing "safety conscious" environment, with an array of non spilling fuel delivery nozzles that effectively fit most of the plastic and jerry can fuel containers we already use.

With petrol and diesel prices forever on the increase, can you afford to spill fuel every time you try and refuel a motor vehicle, lawnmower or engine?

The message is clear. With fewer petrol and diesel spillages the safer our environment is.

These new, innovative products have been designed to aid safe and quick transfer of fuel from container to fuel tank without the need of a funnel or a jug.

Failing to use the Safety Fill product can lead to great risks in refuelling "blind" into fuel tanks. Furthermore, the user is potentially at risk of accidentally igniting the fuel.

The nozzles are simple to use and feature an Automated Shut Off function, preventing spillage by stopping the flow of fuel when the tank is full. This makes it impossible to overfill your tank and you are also not in direct contact with the fuel whilst filling. All components of the nozzle are chemical resistant and anti-static to avoid generating a spark.

Safety Fill has already been given the "thumbs up" by many official race organisations and has built some positive client relationships within the automotive industry.

We operate what we consider to be a fair, even generous returns policy and certainly our policy exceeds any statutory requirement.

RETURNS AND DAMAGES

  • You may return any purchase to us within 14 days of receipt, should you find that the item in question does not match your expectations.
  • Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, in the original packaging and capable of being re-sold.
  • We will, given the above, return your purchase price in full but not the postage charge. It is the customer's responsibility, however, to ensure that the goods are safely returned to Safety Fill and to this end we recommend that all returns are despatched via a recorded and insured service.
  • If you pack goods poorly and they become damaged on their way to us, we will not accept them.
  • If you are unsure about your position on an exchange or a return, please feel free to call us but no firm undertakings can be entered into until returned goods have been received and inspected by us.

HOW SOON WILL YOU DELIVER MY GOODS?

We ask customers to allow up to 28 days for delivery. When goods are in stock, we will usually dispatch on the day you order. If after 28 days you are concerned about the status of your order, please feel free to phone us on 01592 462034 or email us at sales@safetyfill.com

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Safety Fill Ltd dimensions and description are as accurate as possible descriptions and illustrations of the product show and as see on in the marketing materials and other advertising matter are intended to present only a general description of the Product. The Copyright of material, both illustrations and text are solely the property Safety Fill Ltd and any use is an infringement of copyright.
  • All prices quoted are exact unless otherwise stated, and may vary subject to quantities ordered. The prices specified in any Contract or Order may be varied or revised by Safety Fill Ltd to reflect their current prices ruling at date of delivery. Prices shown in the Trade Catalogue are net of carriage and VAT which will be charged where applicable.
  • Every endeavor is made to deliver goods on or before the estimated date of delivery, but Safety Fill Ltd will accept no responsibility or liability for any consequential loss following late delivery, for delay caused in whole or in part by strikes, lock-outs, works breakdowns, fire, shortages of material or labour, inabilities of Sub-Contractors, or delays by manufacturers or any other events of whatever nature beyond Safety Fill Ltd?s control. Safety Fill Ltd shall also be relieved of any liabilities for delay whatsoever which includes the fulfillment of our obligations having been frustrated, prevented or impeded, as consequence of conforming to any statute, rules, regulations, order of requisitions issued by any government department, council or any other competent authority.
  • Liability for non-receipt of goods cannot be accepted unless the Carriers and we are notified within 5 working days of dispatch
  • Safety Fill Ltd shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to goods in transit, unless they have, on the instructions and at the expense of the Purchaser's, insured against loss or other risk, Safety Fill Ltd will, on receipt of the Purchaser's indemnity, take all reasonable steps to recover from the Underwriters any loss or damage for which they http://safetyfilldirect.co.uk/shop/may be liable. Claims for loss from packages, damage, deviation, mis-delivery or delay must be made in writing to the Carriers and Ourselves within 3 days from date of delivery.
  • Orders placed cannot be cancelled, except with Safety Fill Ltd?s consent and on terms which will indemnify Safety Fill Ltd against loss.
  • The placing of an order confirms the Purchaser's acceptance of our Terms of Business over-riding any others.
  • Return of any goods must be authorised by Safety Fill Ltd and dispatched, carriage paid, at the Purchaser's risk. Goods returned without our consent may not be accepted for credit.
  • Terms are cash/cheque/credit card payment with order.
  • Credit notes are not valid unless agreed and signed by either a Director or Company Secretary Of Safety Fill Ltd.
